A nice starter dumbbell
Just like the others this dumbbell is solidly built and it feels very even in your hands. The design that keeps it from rolling is very beneficial since you can put it pretty much anywhere that will support the weight. I think this is a good weight to start with as it's a simple way to break into strength training without being too difficult. It's a particularly nice dumbbell for curls too.
